📜 Terms of Service of Commissions

By commissioning me, the client automatically agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

💰 Payments and Invoicing

• Payments are only accepted via PayPal.
• All commissions are invoiced.

o Invoicing preserves my legal rigths and protects against fraud/scams.
o It also provides the client with an official receipt, ensuring trust and security in the transaction.

• Payment methods:

o 100% upfront, or
o 50% upfront (covers up to the colored sketch; the remaining 50% must be paid before continuing).

• No refunds will be issued once work has started, except in cases of force majeure where I am unable to complete the work . In that case, I will consult with the client.
• The client may not open PayPal “chargebacks” without contacting me first.

🖌️ Work Process

• I work on a queue system (first come, first served).
• Delivery time begins once I start working, not from the reservation.
• Estimated delivery times:

o 6 a 12 days → illustrations.
o 9 a 14 days → character design or character sheet.

• I will keep in contact with the client and show progress at key stages (sketch, base colors, final details).
• Preferred communication will be via Discord or email.
• If you need your project delivered ahead of schedule, you can request priority in the queue. this incurs a 50% surcharge over the original price, as it requires reorganizing schedules and speeding up other processes.

🔄 Revisions

• Up to 3 major revisions are included in the process.
• It is the client’s responsibility to provide clear and detailed references from the start.
• Additional changes after the 3 included revisions will incur a $5 USD fee each.
• Complete concept changes (e.g., a different character from the original request) count as a new commission.

✅ Content

• I create both SFW and NSFW.
• I accept almost all kinds of content and fetishes, always under discretion.
• The price varies depending on the complexity or fetish, illustration or design.

🔒 Privacy and Discretion

• All conversations will be handled with full discretion and, if the client prefers, complete anonymity.
• This is meant to help the client express themselves with confidence and provide all necessary details without fear of judgment or exposure.
• I also offer an Extra Privacy (NDA) option with an additional fee, in case the client does not want any WIPs or results shown until a specific date.

🔐 Extended Privacy (NDA)

• If the client requests that results be shown until a certain moment (e.g., VTuber debut, surprise gift, etc.), an additional +5% to +10% fee will be applied.
• In this case, I will not be able to use the artwork in my portfolio or social media until the client explicitly authorizes it.
• This works as a confidentiality agreement, ensuring that the project remains hidden until the client decides to make it public.

📢 Rights and Usage

• For personal use (avatars, wallpapers, banners, etc.): standard price.
• For commercial use (independent creators, streamers, or small monetized projects such as merch, streaming monetization, VTubers, etc.): additional +30% fee.
• Extended Commercial Use (companies, brands, or large-scale projects such as mass merch, advertising, international distribution). The fee depends on scope and will be discussed with the client. Additional charge starting from +100%.
• The client may not use my art for NFT, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or AI training.
• I retain copyright, but grant the client usage rights as agreed upon.
• Works may be published in my portfolio/socials (X/Twitter) with watermark and without the client’s name, to preserve anonymity.

o If the client wishes to be mentioned or tagged, they must let me know explicitly.

🚫 Blacklist and Conduct

• I reserve the right to decline commissions if the client shows disrespectful behavior, harassment, or undue pressure toward me.
• Problematic clients may be added to a blacklist and banned from future commissions.

🤖 IA Policy

• All my work is 100% hand-drawn digitally, without the use of generative AI.
• My creative process is based on my academic background, personal research, books, and the use of professional programs such as Blender, CSP, Photoshop, After Effects, and others.
• It is strictly forbidden to use my illustrations as a dataset or training material for AI models.

📅 Price Validity

• Current prices will remain valid throughout 2025 and until early 2026.
• After that, prices may be adjusted depending on demand and costs.
